Order terms
To shop in our webshop you must be at least 18 years old.
When ordering, an agreement is made for a purchase only when Reform Scandinavia AB confirmed the order through an order confirmation to the e-mail address you registered on order.
2.
Price
The prices include VAT of 25%. Prices can only be changed by circumstances that Reform Scandinavia AB has no control over. For example, changed VAT or tax.
3.
Shipping terms
A shipping cost will be added to the price, as shown in the webshop and on invoice.
4.
Payment terms
4.1 Invoice / prepayment
Payment in advance against invoice.
You do not need to provide any credit card or personal information to us via the internet.
The information you provide is only used by us so that we can deliver and contact you.
We do not make credit reports.
We do not charge billing fees.
You pay safely and securely via your internet bank.
We will send you a payment confirmation email when we have received your payment.
It can take 1–5 business days, depending on which day and which way you have chosen to pay via your internet bank.
5.
Deliveries
Goods that are in stock are normally sent within 1–2 working days after we have received your payment.
If a product is specially ordered, the delivery time may vary.
5.1 Delivery date
Delivery date is the day the product leaves Reform Scandinavia AB. If the delivery date changes, we will inform / update you about a new delivery date.
5.2 Package provider
The packages are delivered by Postnord (the Swedish postal agency).
6.
Delivery delays
In the case of delivery delays beyond our control (Force Majeure), we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay.
7.
Transport risks
7.1 Reform's responsibility: together with our shipping partner / Postnord, we are responsible for the transport risk ie the risk of the goods being damaged or being lost during transport from our warehouse to you.
7.2 The Customer's Responsibility for Returns: You and the transport company you hire are responsible for the risk when returning to us.
If the goods gets damaged or disappears, there will be a compensation issue / dispute between you and the shipping company you have hired.
8.
Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. Should the packaging and the contents be damaged, you must notify Postnord directly. Always save the confirmation that your goods are damaged, which you receive from Postnord.
Thereafter contact us by e-mail. Please write "Damaged goods"
in the subject line.
We are grateful if you notify us as soon as possible. However, no later than 14 days from the day you received the goods.
9.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Swedish Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises, you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase without special reason within 14 days after you have received the goods.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or incorrectly delivered, we will of course pay the return shipping.
Contact us so that we can agree on how the return shipping fee shall be paid to you.
9.1
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Goods that are custom made according to the consumer's instructions.
In case you have chosen not to pick up the delivered package.
When goods cannot be returned in unmounted, unused and undamaged condition.
9.2 What must you do?
You must return the product within 14 days. PostNord's receipt confirmation for our shipping to you applies as the date for your receipt of the goods.
We would like you to notify us in writing by email or regular mail.
9.3 Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping in case you regret your purchase.
9.4 Refund at the right of withdrawal
The refund will be made no later than 5 working days after the return date.
The return date is the date Reform Scandinavia AB has received the returned undamaged product.
As a receipt for the date, the acknowledgment of receipt applies to the freight company that carried out the return shipping.
10.
Complaints
If you wish to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by e-mail within one week.
Always save packaging, original carton and payment confirmation.
If you need to return a damaged item to us, it is easiest to use the packaging in which it was sent.
Reform Scandinavia AB complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means 36 months of right of complaint. The right of complaint covers only original errors, ie errors that were found on the goods at delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find any fault on the goods or when you caused the damage yourself. Normal wear will not be compensated.
11.
Reservations
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control that could not be reasonably foreseen, and affecting entered agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement, we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.

In the event of a dispute, Reform Scandinavia AB always complies with ARN's recommendations.
